On November 24, 1956, City Ordinance Number 29 was enacted. It is an ordinance establishing forty six (46) barrios and three (3) suburban districts in the City of San Pablo, and providing for the appointment of Barrio Lieutenants, assistant lieutenants, and councilmen. In Barrio San Cristobal, Raymundo Marahas was appointed Teniente del Barrio. Other leaders in this barangay are Francisco Pilea-Tiniente del barrio, Cristeto Anenias, Barangay Captain, Santos Sanchez-Barangay Chairman, Gabriel Enabore-Barangay Chairman, Rene Felismino-Barangay Chairman, Venus Avanzado-Barangay Chairman, Juanito Avanzado-Barangay Chairman and Benjamin “Benbong” M. Felismino II (present).
